Our charges are simple, transparent and competitive.

We offer hourly call out rates for smaller jobs:

GENERAL RATES

Handyman: £75.00 + VAT p/h (minimum one hour)

Electrician / Plumber/ Carpenter: £85.00+VAT p/h (minimum one hour)

Residential EICR: £200.00+VAT

Commercial ECIR: £300.00+VAT

QUOTED WORKS

We also offer free, no obligation quotes for larger scale works. We will provide a full schedule and scope of works that will be agreed with you prior to commencement.

BAMBOO BLACK

Bamboo Black is offered to clients who reach certain criteria.

This is primarily based on larger portfolios and is ideal for investor Landlords and Estate Agencies.  There are options for 24 hour emergency call-outs and there is additionally a loyalty reward scheme. Please contact us directly to arrange an appointment in order for us to qualify your membership.
